Return Policy

All Full Price Ruby Rose merchandise purchased online, in store, or on the road is returnable for exchange within 30 days of purchase. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, just email us so we can best serve you.

Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. Additional delays may occur. 

Details to include in your return package are:

  • A copy of your packing slip/receipt 
  • A current phone number and email for contact
  • Your full name 

You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. Be sure to check your spam folder. Ruby Rose is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records.

​We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns without an original receipt or packing list.
Clearance Items are not eligible for return or exchange.
