Within 30 days of purchase, Ruby Rose will gladly accept returns on all full price merchandise whether purchased online, in store, or on the road for either exchange or credit to original form of payment. This policy also pertains to all Gift purchases.

Please provide us with the following information:
- A copy of your packing slip/receipt
- A current phone number and email for contact
- Your full name
Ruby Rose will then notify you via email when and how your return is being processed. (Remember to check your spam folder, too.)
Ruby Rose is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. We recommend that you insure your return. ALWAYS retain tracking information for your records.
Ruby Rose reserves the right to refuse or limit returns without an original receipt or packing list.
Remember, all CLEARANCE purchases are non-returnable.
